Legal title या government record नहीं
हमारा map/output land ownership, legal title, mutation, demarcation order, court decision या government revenue record का substitute नहीं है। Official confirmation के लिए संबंधित पटवारी, तहसील, revenue department, court या authorized government record से verification आवश्यक है।
Accuracy limitation
DGPS/GIS accuracy satellite signal, instrument condition, field obstruction, coordinate system, source cadastral data, image quality और user द्वारा दिए गए document पर निर्भर कर सकती है।
Superimposed/revenue maps planning, comparison और technical reference के लिए होते हैं; final legal boundary या dispute resolution के लिए official procedure follow करें।
Third-party dependency
Payment gateway, hosting, email, WhatsApp, map tile, internet connectivity और browser/device जैसी third-party services में interruption या delay हो सकता है। ऐसी external failure के लिए company की liability सीमित रहेगी।
User responsibility
User/customer/branch द्वारा दिए गए documents, khasra details, location information, contact detail और payment reference की correctness user की जिम्मेदारी है। गलत input से बने output के लिए correction या rework charges लागू हो सकते हैं।
