Service का उपयोग

Website या portal का उपयोग करके आप सहमत होते हैं कि आप सही information देंगे और service का उपयोग केवल वैध, authorized और business purpose के लिए करेंगे।

Branch, staff और customer login credentials confidential रखना user की जिम्मेदारी है। Unauthorized access, data misuse या system tampering स्वीकार्य नहीं है।

User द्वारा दी गई जानकारी

Khasra, village, tehsil, district, ownership/record documents, mobile number, address और payment details सही देना user/customer की जिम्मेदारी है। गलत या incomplete data से service delay, correction charge या cancellation हो सकता है।

Survey और map output

DGPS survey, revenue superimposed map, cadastral/GIS processing और plotting output उपलब्ध input documents, field condition, satellite/GPS signal, official record और technical verification पर निर्भर करता है।

Final delivery सामान्यतः locked PDF/map format में दी जाती है। Editable drawing/raw file/company working file share करना standard service में शामिल नहीं है, जब तक अलग से written approval न हो।

Fees, payment और order

Fees service type, location, branch setting, discount code, payment gateway और work scope के अनुसार बदल सकती है। Order/payment confirmation के बाद work processing शुरू हो सकती है।

Online payment verification gateway response और internal record के आधार पर किया जाएगा। Duplicate या failed payment case में payment gateway और bank timeline लागू हो सकती है।

Service limitation

Service legal title verification, court/legal opinion या government record replacement नहीं है। Official land ownership, mutation, boundary dispute या revenue decision के लिए संबंधित सरकारी विभाग या योग्य legal professional से पुष्टि करें।

बदलाव

Company जरूरत के अनुसार services, fees, portal access, workflow, policy और terms में बदलाव कर सकती है। Updated terms website पर publish होने के बाद लागू माने जाएंगे।
